At the time of booking a 25% deposit is required. The balance is due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.

For any cancellation made more than 6 weeks before your arrival date you will just lose your deposit. Between 6 weeks and 3 weeks 50% of your deposit, and less than 3 weeks no refund will be made.

If you would like to make a reservation for an apartment, this can be done in any of the following ways:-

1) Cheque

2) Electronic Payment – You can send an electronic payment directly to my bank account in Sterling or Euro’s. Bank details can be sent to you when booking.

3) Paypal - This enables you to use a credit card or bank card of your choice and make an immediate payment. If you wish to do this please click the “Buy Now” icon below.

On receipt of your payment I will update my records to show your booking, and send you an email (or letter) to confirm your reservation.

In most instances I will post the keys to you 14 days before your departure, but for any last minute bookings or for people living outside of the United Kingdom, I will make arrangements with my agent in Frigiliana (Melanie Hogarth) to meet you on your arrival.
