The prices indicated below are in Pounds Sterling per week.

Reservations are normally from Saturday to Saturday although wherever possible I will try to accommodate a request for a different arrival day and duration of stay.

Rates for long lets (4 weeks minimum duration) by negotiation.

Prices include electricity, gas and water costs but do not include any airfares or surface transport.

Rental charges include cleaning before arrival and after departure. Fresh linen and towels are provided and changed weekly.

A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided in the apartment.

If you will be arriving late in the evening then a breakfast pack is available at a cost of Ł15. Please request when booking.

Reservations can be made by telephone by calling Clive Radford on 00 44 1332 558847 (home, with answer phone) or 00 44 7711788277 (mobile) or by e-mail.

You will receive a letter acknowledging your provisional booking. To confirm your reservation a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental price is requested by return of post. Cheques should be made payable to C D Radford. The balance is due not less than 8 weeks before occupation. Please check your travel arrangements before confirming your reservation of the apartment. It is advisable to take out the usual holiday insurance at the time of booking your flights etc., to guard against cancellations, as no refunds can be made. On receipt of the full payment, details will be sent to you regarding the full address of the apartment and issue of keys.
